FITNESS TRAINING:

We offer 2 tiers of training, each offering a different level of coaching. All new clients start with a 28 Day Foundation Membership before progressing to a Full Membership.

Personal Training

Small Group Personal Training

Each of our services begin with a full Diagnostic Consultation to help us establish your starting point. Our premium memberships include use of our heart rate technology in and out of the studio, nutrition coaching, expert training and support from our team of fitness coaches. All programmes progress over an 8 week block to guarantees results. 

Our studio is membership only and we work with our clients 2-4 times per week for a minimum of 6 months.
