OUR PHILOSOPHY:

As a team we have over 30 years of experience in the fitness industry, and we believe we are at the cutting edge of the fitness industry. We have been the first in town to embrace new training methods as we realised that a one size fits all approach does not work for our clients.  The programmes our clients take part in have been designed by us and are bespoke to dillons. 

We recognised a vital component that was missing from most fitness programmes was mobility, or put more simply movement. Many of our clients have sedentary jobs, often sitting for long periods. This can lead to joint problems lack of mobility and pain. This is why movement really does matter. All our programmes focus on getting the body to move better, enabling you to train harder, to become stronger, fitter, more flexible and to feel better. This approach combined with our innovative heart rate system which is backed up with our nutrition advice and social support is the reason we are seeing better results than we have ever seen before.

It this combination that sets us apart from other gyms.

We don’t follow the latest fads. We keep our eye on what is trending, and if there is new research or evidence we will look to integrate it into our programme. Ultimately we use a common sense approach combined with science to offer the safest and most effective way of training clients.
