Richard Dillon

Richard has been involved in the fitness industry since 1998. After graduating with an HND and BSc in Sport Science Richard has worked within the corporate, commercial and private fitness sectors. After settling in Ilkley in 2003 Richard started his private personal training business, and has established himself as a well-known, respected and trusted figure within the fitness circles in Ilkley. Outside of Dillons you will see Richard enjoying real ale, running on the moor (not at the same time!) and spending time with his son Bodhi.

Jon Dillon

Jon has been active in sport and fitness all of his life. He has a degree in Sport & Exercise Science. Hobbies include Running, Squash, films, and cooking. He is passionate about helping more people to achieve their health and fitness goals....and more importantly maintaining this lifestyle.

Michael Parkinson

Michael is our Lead Trainer, and has over 15 years fitness experience in the private sector. Prior to this Michael has served with the British Army, and seen duty in Iraq, Bosnia, and Northern Ireland. Michael is a fully qualified Personal Trainer, Studio Instructor, and First Aid Trainer. Michael enjoys walking his dog Meg, and has a passion for drawing. His dream is to retire in the lakes and publish his own book of illustrations.
