VIRTUAL PERSONAL TRAINING

VIRTUAL PERSONAL TRAINING:

Due to the experience of the lockdown we are now offering new members the chance to sign up for Virtual Personal Training alongside our regular members. You can choose to train in small groups of up to 6 (highly recommended), or you can train 1:1. This virtual format allows you to train from home whilst allowing your coach to fully interact with you, giving you the individual attention required to ensure you achieve your own specific goals. 

Mobility, flexibility, core, strength, and cardio are included in every session for a balanced approach to your training.
